Privacy notice.
What happens to the information you share when discussing a waterproofing product or quotation with FEICHEER.
Who handles your information
The website business and inquiry contact is 河北雄安菲彻尔智能科技有限公司, operating as FEICHEER in China. Contact wyy0941@gmail.com for questions about your information.
Information you choose to share
The inquiry form asks for your name, work email, company if supplied, country, product, quantity, trade term, destination, application, membrane information, customization requirements and project notes. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card data, personal identification documents or unnecessary confidential information.
Why we use it
We use your brief to respond to your request, clarify technical requirements, coordinate sourcing and sampling, and prepare a quotation. Submitting an inquiry does not place an order or subscribe you to a mailing list.
Storage and notifications
Your inquiry is saved in the website inquiry system and a notification is queued for our central mailbox, wyy0941@gmail.com. We process business inquiries in China and use hosting and email providers, which may process data in other countries. Access is limited to people and service providers needed to handle your request and operate the website.
Supply partners
Where necessary, we share relevant product specifications with potential supply partners to evaluate your request. We aim to limit that information to what the task requires. Your contact details are not sold.
Security and browser storage
Hosting and security systems may process request information such as an IP address, browser, requested URL and time to deliver and protect the service. The inquiry form retains only a retry identifier and a payload digest in browser session storage, not the fields you entered. These help recognize a retry after an interrupted submission. We do not use advertising trackers on these pages.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry records only as needed for business follow-up, security and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing wyy0941@gmail.com; include your inquiry reference if available. We may need to verify your connection to the request and explain any records that must be retained.
