Product and quantity
Send the roll structure, dimensions, quantity and destination for a current quotation. No public fixed price is offered. Minimum quantities and any mixed-product requirements are confirmed after reviewing the structure, customization and order plan.
Validity and changes
Price, MOQ, sample cost, production timing and validity are confirmed in a project-specific written quotation. A change in specification, quantity, packing, exchange rate or freight may require a revised offer.
Delivery terms
CIF budgets exclude import duty, VAT, customs inspection, destination clearance and final delivery. Ask for the exact Incoterm and named place or port. DDP requires separate confirmation of classification, tax responsibility, importer role and destination requirements; it is not assumed.
Packing and freight
Gross weight, carton dimensions, packing count and shipment volume must come from the confirmed packing plan. A freight allowance is not a confirmed forwarder quotation. Any excluded handling or destination charges should be identified before order acceptance.
